Maryann is a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of professional experience. She will help you to consolidate new concepts and reflect on your resourcefulness at a deeper level so you can make change easy.
Maryann has trained and worked with a variety of therapeutic approaches including CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). Sometimes hypnosis is included in the session to consolidate new concepts and reflect on your resourcefulness at a deeper level. Maryann invests over 100 hours a year in her professional development and learning new strategies and techniques that can help you. She has the knowledge and experience to plan and teach the strategies that are most likely to help you achieve the results you are looking for.
Maryann works with the assessment and treatment of adults who are experiencing clinical levels of anxiety, depression, and chronic pain as well as helping people to manage life issues such as grief, phobias, stress, self-esteem and relationship or sexual problems.

Diana is a registered psychologist with over 20 years postgraduate experience as a Psychologist in public and private practice. She provides psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and school-age children as well as couples and family therapy. Insurance, WorkCover and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Victims of Crime are all covered.
Therapies include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Hypnotherapy. Clients are also taught self-management techniques incorporating breathing and stress reduction, visualization, mindfulness and meditation.
Clients are assisted with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, Victims of crime or violence, bi-polar symptoms, obsessive and compulsive disorder (OCD), grief and bereavement, relationship and marriage counselling. Strategies will also be provided for pain management, anger issues and for weight loss and to assist people with low confidence and self-esteem.
Children and adolescents are assisted with anxiety, depressive symptoms, phobias, OCD, school refusal and issues regarding bullying and intimidation. When a parent realises they need psychological help for their child they want to know the psychologist has a kind, caring and empathetic approach, is experienced and successful, and that they can see the psychologist quickly without having to wait 4-6 weeks or more.
Diana Golvers is just that person and she has 20 years professional experience helping children of school age and above deal with their life issues. Parents are happy and the children feel comfortable to open up and work with Diana’s suggestions.

Racquel has over 14 years post graduate experience in psychological counselling in a number of different environments having worked with both private and public clients in that time. She has recently completed her Master of Clinical Psychology and has commenced her supervision requirements to attain AHPRA endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist Registrar.

Over 30 years he has gained tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Marketing and Finance and has significant management experience in both large corporations and small business. Tony truly commenced his journey of personal change in 2003 and has since gained qualifications in coaching, change management, NLP and hypnosis. He has helped over 100 small business owners achieve outstanding results through making fine tuning adjustments to the way they think and do business.
Through his advanced hypnosis programs Tony personally helps over one hundred people every year to take control of their lives, to quit smoking, to reach their ideal weight and to eliminate other limiting behaviours and habits that control their lives.
